Shipping

Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays is shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped the next business day. Shipping your package usually takes 1-2 days. You will have an email with tracking details when your order is picked up by the carrier. If you live remotely or outside of Sweden, please give it another day or two for your order to arrive.

We currently do not ship outside of Sweden by default. If you have a special request, please let us know by emailing to hello@ryvelle.com. Please subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we are available in your country.

We use environmentally smart logistic services to maintain punctuality and minimizing our Co2 footprint. This means sometimes you will get your package delivered to your closest service point. You will get notified by email and/or by phone number depending on what you provided when ordering. 


Refund policy

Your are eligible for product exchange up to 30 days after your product is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all marks and tags still in place. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Your eventual refund will be paid back with the same payment method you paid with product when you made your checkout. To eliminate the risk of our customers being subject to fraud, this cannot be changed. If you need to return a product, please start with filling in this form.


Shipping your return 

Before you return your product, please make sure you have filled in this form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you have a confirmed return but haven’t received a refund notice yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it usually takes 4-5 days before your refund is available.
